Daeho Kim, Senior Advisor

Daeho Kim is an experienced developer with over 18+ years in real estate financing and acquisitions. Having personally overseen the financing and development of over $1 billion dollars of lending and development of luxury single-family, townhouse, and multi-family development projects in the DC Metro area, his expertise spans a wide spectrum of real project types.

Daeho began his career in Public Relations & Marketing in 1998. As the youngest Vice President of the firm at the age of 19. Daeho took his firm from a few hundred thousand dollars operation to over eight million annual revenue before the age of 21. He soon expanded into mortgage brokerage and lending. By 2004 he managed multiple branches with over 1B in funded loans. Daeho expanded his real estate business into acquisition and development in 2007. He believes in a hands-on approach to development and is actively involved in the design, construction, and sales.

Daeho is particularly noted for his vision of bringing great value, functionality, and comfort to his properties. He has successfully transformed properties into viable retail, office, and residential sites. His marketing and analytical backgrounds provide him with valuable insight into the needs of the residence.

Through his charitable work through Global Access Foundation as a founding board member, Daeho has served and empowered impoverished communities throughout the world.

John L. Davis, Senior Managing Partner

John comes from a real estate family in Arlington, Virginia where he gained early experience in multi-family construction and management. He is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and served as a pilot in the US Air Force. He has been actively involved in real estate management and development for over thirty (30) years.
